Returns & Exchanges

At Hack The Box, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, after which your refund will be processed or your new exchange order will be shipped.
